- Discuss the issues related to reproductive health
- State the functions and importance of various glands like - endocrine glands , pituitary glands , thyroid gland and adrenal glands
- State the uses of various hormones in our body - testosterone , estrogen , insulin , define menstrual cycle
- Discuss menstrual cycle
- Discuss the importance of balanced diet
- Identify various health and nutrition schemes
- Discuss the harmful effects of smoking
- Explain the effects of population explosion
- Explain the importance of family planning and various schemes or programmes .
