1. Ask a student to list out their one complete meal. Classify parts of the meal according to nutrients: proteins, carbohydrates and fat. Ask students to give a few more examples of food containing each of the nutrients.
2. Make a list of junk food items (chips, coke, oily food items, etc) that you generally eat. Conduct a poll to check how many of your friends eat the same items. Discuss whether eating such food items are good for health. What effects they have on our body
