Objective: To teach the students about endrocrine glands (intracellular glands) and puberty - various changes in the body and the reason behind it.
Subtopics to be covered:
- Hormones - source of secretion
- Main endocrine glands and their fucntions - pitutary glands, thyroid gland, pancreas, adrenal gland and genital gland.
- Various hormones associated with these glands
- Puberty and changes in body and mind
Learning Outcome:
- Students will get to know about endocrine systems
- They will get to know about changes in their body and mind due to puberty.
