  4. Heart - auricles and ventricles , oxygenated and deoxygenated blood
  5. Excretory system - a pair of kidneys , a pair of ureters , a urinary bladder , a urethra
  6. Reproductive system
  7. Nervous system - brain , spinal cord and nerves
  8. Sense organs - ear , eyes , nose , tongue and skin
  9. Human skeletal system - axial skeleton and appendicular skeleton , functions of human skeletal system
  10. Movements in birds
  11. Movement in the human body.

Expected Learning Outcome:


SWBAT-

  1. Define microorganisms
  2. State the uses of microscope
  3. Differentiate between vertebrates and non - vertebrates , Functions of different organs of human digestive system - mouth , pharynx , esophagus , stomach , small intestine , large intestine , and rectum
  4. Differentiate between external and internal respiration
  5. Explain the functions of auricle and ventricles
  6. Differentiate between oxygenated and deoxygenated blood
  7. Describe the functions of various excretory organs of human beings - a pair of kidneys , a pair of ureters , urinary bladder , urethra
  8. Identify various organs comprised of our nervous system
  9. Differentiate between axial Skeleton and appendicular Skeleton
  10. Explain the functions of human Skeletal system
  11. Explain the movements in birds and movement in the human body
