Objective: To teach the students about how to construct perpendicular lines and parallel lines

Subtopics to be covered:

  1. Construct a line perpendicular to given line using a set square and a ruler
  2. Draw a line perpendicular to the given line through a point above it using a set square and a ruler
  3. Find the distance between the given parallel lines
  4. Find the length of the perpendicular lines AB and CD

Learning Outcome:

  1. Students can draw perpendicular and parallel lines.
  2. Students can make different shapes by using set squares and mark along the boundary lines and name them.
