Objective: To teach the students about how to construct perpendicular lines and parallel lines
Subtopics to be covered:
- Construct a line perpendicular to given line using a set square and a ruler
- Draw a line perpendicular to the given line through a point above it using a set square and a ruler
- Find the distance between the given parallel lines
- Find the length of the perpendicular lines AB and CD
Learning Outcome:
- Students can draw perpendicular and parallel lines.
- Students can make different shapes by using set squares and mark along the boundary lines and name them.
