Objective: To introduce 3D shapes
Subtopics to be covered:
- sides of a 3D figure (length, breadth, height)
- Types of shape (flat, curve)
- Properties of cube, cone, sphere, cylinder, pyramid
Learning Outcome:
- Students can identify a given 3D shape
- Students can answer questions based on properties of 3D shapes

1. Make multiple chits with different kinds of 2D shapes (circle, square, rectangle, triangle, semicircle). Ask each bench to pick a chit. One student from the bech has to draw the 2D image on board, second student will draw the equivalent 3D shape and the other will have to guess the names of the two shapes.
