- Applications of pressure

Learning Outcome:

- Students know the effect of pressure on substances, calculation and unit of pressure

- They know how pumps, air brakes, etc. work on this concept

2. Take a glass of water till the brim. Cover it with a hard cardpaper. Hold the paper with your one hand tight and turn the glass upside down. Now carefully take your hand away from the paper. Do you see the paper falling off and water spilling out? Share your observations.
