Objective: To learn about nutrition and transportation in plants, and types of nutrition in plants and animals

Subtopics to be covered:

- Autotrophic and Heterotrophic nutrition

- Nutrition in different kinds of plants

- Nutrition in animals

- Classification on living organisms - herbivores, carnivores, omnivores, decomposers

Learning Outcome:

- Students can differentiate between autotrophs and heterotrophs

- Students can identify a plant/ animal based on type of nutrition

- They can classify set of living organisms based on their nutrition

1. Discuss how a frog, butterfly take in food and digest.

2. Explain in form of a drama what is photosynthesis. Each student enacts a part of plant and shows what happens during photosynthesis and how plants get their food.
