Lesson Plan version 1.1 activities

1. Is there variety in the food you eat? What are the various types of food items normally used at home?

2. Shows some sources of carbohydrates. Observe the figure and make a list of food items rich in carbohydrates?

3. You can prepare ORS at home. Take one liter of potable water in a clean vessel. Add one teaspoonful table salt and six teaspoonfuls of common sugar. Give this in plenty to a person with dehydration.
