1. Give a sentence to the class (eg. I ate rice today). Ask them to identify the tense of the verb in that sentence.

2. Conduct a quiz for the two teams (Team Active and Team Passive), with simple questions like the inventor of the bulb, author of harry potter, etc. The active team should answer only in the active voice, and the passive team in the passive voice.
+
2. Divide the class into 4 teams. Play this online game "https://www.eslgamesplus.com/verb-tenses-interactive-grammar-game-for-esl-jeopardy-quiz-game/"

3. Call out three students. Each person has to be given a subject/verb/object (Eg: Anu, write, letter). Ask them to create sentences in both active and passive voices using these three words.
+
3. Pair up students and tell them to ask questions about the hobbies and interests of their partner. Then, have each person introduce their partner to the rest of the class. (Ex: This is Sunil. He likes chocolates. He likes to play cricket, etc)

The children have difficulty reading and have a limited vocabulary so simple 3 tenses is enough one list of words with simple 3 tenses is needed
