1. Show pictures describing actions and ask students to complete the sentence using a list of verbs. Eg.Show a picture of a baby eating. Ask the students to match the verb to the picture using the sentence The baby _____(from a given list). Here the answer will be 'eats'.
2. Arrange students in a circle. Play some music as they pass an object to the person standing next to them. The person who has the object when the music stops will have to make a simple sentence using a verb.eg. I cry.
3. Ask the students to describe what they do every day using the verbs they have learnt. For example, ‘I wake up at 7 am every day. I brush my teeth and eat breakfast.’
