1. Every student must be given a blue card and a pink card. The teacher will say a word (like uncle). If the word is masculine, the students have to show the blue card. Else, show the pink card.
2. Divide the class in such a way that each row of students becomes a team .Ask each team one by one to name a neuter gender noun. The team which gives a wrong neuter gender noun loses a point. The team which gives a correct noun wins. This can be played with masculine, feminine or pairs of both masculine and feminine nouns.
3. Write masculine gender nouns on slips of paper.Also do the same for the opposite gender nouns. Fold the slips and put them in a bowl. Mark two areas as feminine and masculine gender in the class. Divide the students into two teams Call out one team and ask them to pick slips of paper. They have to run quickly and stand in their respective areas. The other team will then pick the slips one by one and find their partner on either side. Setting a time limit for finding a partner will add to the fun element.
