Expected Learning Outcome:


SWBAT-

  2. Explain the process of digestion in humans
  3. Define various terms related to digestion in human beings - ingestion , digestion , absorption , assimilation and egestion
  4. Describe the functions or importance of various parts in digestion - mouth cavity , esophagus , stomach , small intestine, large intestine , rectum , anus
  5. Identify different types of teeth - incisor , canines , premolar , molar
  6. Observe the arrangements of teeth
  7. Identify various taste buds and their location on a tongue
