2. Divide the class into two groups and play the game 'tug of war'. We need a big rope. One end of the rope will be towards one team and other end to the other team. Let the two teams pull the rope and pull the other team towards them. The team that applues more force and pulls the team wins the game.

ACTIVITY1.1:బలము ఉపయోగించి మనము చేసే పనులను నెట్టుట, లాగుట గా విభజించి పనులు పట్టిక-1 వలె వ్రాయండి.


ACTIVITY1.2:ఒక ఆయస్కాతము తీసుకుని , ఇనుపరాజనుతో ఆయస్కాట క్షేత్రాన్ని మీ ఉపాధ్యాయుల సహాయంతో పరిశీలించండి.


ACTIVITY2.1:కండరబలము ఉపయోగించి చేసే పనులు....ఏ ఏ పనులు చేసేటప్పుడు ఏ కండరాలు మార్పుకు లోనూ అయ్యాయో పట్టిక తయారు చేయండి(ఉదా: డబుల్ ఎత్తడం, బంటి తన్నడం,నవ్వడం)


ACTIVITY2.2:ఒక బంతితీసుకొని వేరు వేరు తలాలపై దాని గమనాన్ని పరిశీలించి పట్టిక తయారు చేయండి (ఉదా: రోడ్డుపై,కార్పెట్ పైమ్ రాళ్లపై,ఇసుకపై)


ACTIVITY2.3:దారం ఎంత బరువు భరిస్తుంది ప్రయోగాన్ని స్కూలు ప్రయోగశాలలో చేయించి వివరించండి


ACTIVITY3.1:వివిధ రకాల వస్తువులను తీసుకుని వాలుతలంపై వాటి చలనాన్ని పరిశీలించి,5వాక్యాల్లో వివరించి వ్రాయండి (ఉదా; కర్రముక్క, నున్నటి రాయి, చితపిక్క,మంచు ముక్క, రూపాయిబిళ్ళ)


ACTIVITY3.2:కొన్ని వస్తువులపై బలము ఉపయోగించి వాటి అకారపు మార్పులను గుర్తించి పట్టిక-3 వలె వ్రాయండి.


ACTIVITY3.3: పీడనం ను తెలిపే బొమ్మలను సేకరించి చార్ట్ చేయండి.
