Objective: Construct perpendicular to a line segment
Subtopics to be covered:
- Perpendicular to a line from point on line by different methods
- Perpendicular to a line from point outside line by various methods
- Perpendicular bisector of a line segment
Learning Outcome:

1. Make 8-10 chits of different types of angles. Hand over one chit to one bench and ask them to enact what angle they are. Eg: If it is an acute angle, the students will stand close to middle student, if it is an obtuse angle, the students will stand far away from the middle student. If it is right angle, the students will stand on his one side and in front to depict 90 deg.
2. Make a team of 2-3 students. On student draws a line and other student has to measure, third student will confirm if the measurement is correct. Repeat this step 4-5 times. This way the students can learn how to use the scale
3. Make a team of 2-3 students. On student draws an angle and other student has to measure, third student will confirm if the measurement is correct. Repeat this step 4-5 times. This way the students can learn how to use a protractor
