Objective: To teach students the concept of heat, temperature, energy, and light
Subtopics to be covered:
- Concept of heat: temperature, changes in the states of matter due to heat
- Concept of light, characteristics of light, shadows, and reflection of light, spectrum of light
- Concept of magnet and its properties
- Electromagnet and its uses
- Concept of electricity, solar and wind energy
Learning Outcome:
- To make students aware of the concept, role, and use of energy, temperature, and light in the physical environment
- Students will learn the behaviour of light
- Students will learn to convert temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit and vice versa
