[edit]

[Author - Kripa S]

Objective: To introduce basic algebraic expressions and formulae

Subtopics to be covered:

- Expansion of (a+b)2 ,(a-b)2 , (a+b)2 + (a-b)2 , (a+b)2 - (a-b)2 , (a+b)(a-b)

- Expansion of (a+b+c)2

- Solve expressions based of these formula

- Solve expressions involving numbers by using any of the above formula

Learning Outcome:

- Students can simplify the expressions by using any of the formula above
