Objective: To educate the children about light and sound, effects of reflection, noise pollution Subtopics to be covered:

  1. Reflection of Light
  2. Laws of Reflection- Regular and Irregular Reflections
  3. Multiple reflection (Multiple Images, Mirror Periscope, Refraction, Every day effects of Refraction)
  4. Total Internal Reflection (Necessary conditions for total internal reflection)
  5. Human Eye
  6. Sound (Different sources of sounds around us)
  7. Noise (Noise pollution, Harmful effects of noise pollution, Steps to control noise pollution )


Learning Outcome:

  1. Students understand the properties of Light and Sound, Laws of Reflection, Ways to reduce Noise pollution.
