Learning Outcome:

  1. Students know about the various changes that happens during adolescent age
  2. They know how the sex of a baby is determined
  3. They also know the importance of healthy food and hygiene we need to follow during adolescence

1. Make a list of junk food items (chips, coke, oily food items, etc) that you generally eat. Conduct a poll to check how many of your friends eat the same items. Discuss whether eating such food items are good for health. What effects they have on our body

2. Share your views on the marriageable age for boys and girls being 21 and 18. Why is marriage not considered leagal below this age?
