Objective: Revise algebraic concepts, learn operations on expressions, learn about identities

Subtopics to be covered:

- Revise terms, types of expressions

- Add, subtract polynomials

- Multiply two expressions using distributive property

- Standard identities

Learning Outcome:

1. The class should be divided in three groups xy2,x2y,x2y2.

2. Each child should be assigned the group randomly along with an integer co-efficient. (Eg. 9x2y2,6xy2 etc.)

3. They need to find their team-mates and tally the total sum of the group.

4. The teacher can verify this and whichever team can get the correct tally the fastest wins.

5. You can also divide the class in this way to form polynomial expressions and add/multiply them.
