Objective: To learn how to read a map and understand directions

Subtopics to be covered:

- Read the map and answer questions

- Calculate the length of road based on the scale defined on the map

- Directions of movement (north, south, east, west)

- Distance between two points on map

Learning Outcome:

- Students can answer questions based on a given map

- Students can measure the distance between any two points

- Students can convert the distance based on the scale of map

1. Draw a route map from your home to the school with all the details of shops, tree landmark, road junctions.
