Objective: To introduce different shapes

Subtopics to be covered:

- Cylinder, spherical, rectangular

- 2D figure forming a 3D figure

- Net of cuboid, cube, cyllinder

- Perspective view - Right, side, top view

Learning Outcome:

- Students can identify a shape asked

- Students can give a perspective view of given 3D image

1. Make multiple chits with different kinds of 2D shapes (circle, square, rectangle, triangle, semicircle). Ask each bench to pick a chit. One student from the bech has to draw the 2D image on board, second student will draw the equivalent 3D shape and the other will have to guess the names of the two shapes.
