  1. Important crops
  2. Steps involved in growing crops
  3. Organic and chemical farming
  4. Methods of cultivation
  5. Storage

Learning Outcome:

  1. Students understand the various stages of agriculture.
  2. They understand the nature of work and the problems of farm labourers and farmers
  3. They understand organic farming and chemical farming
  4. They know about rain fed agricultural land and irrigated agricultural land.
  5. They understand different types of irrigation techniques
  6. They know about different types of cultivation
  7. They also know various methods/systems of seed storage
