Objective: To understand punctuation and types of punctuations

Subtopics to be covered:

- Meaning of punctuation

- Explanation of the punctuations - full stop, comma , question mark and exclamation mark

Learning Outcome:

- Students can use full stop, comma , question mark and exclamation mark in a sentence

1.Show the following video to the students to get their attention.

.Ask them for their observations

2. Make flashcards of each punction sign. And hand over the cards to the students.

State a sentence and stop where a punctuation mark is required. 

Ask the students to raise the appropriate flashcard.
