Objective: To learn basics of Nouns

Subtopics to be covered:

1. Define nouns

2. Examples of nouns - Birds, Animals, Vegetables, Fruits

3. Differentiate nouns from other words (verb, pronoun, adjective)

Learning Outcome:

1. Students can identify nouns from a given set of words

1. Students can tell whether a given word is a noun or not

1. Prepare 20 to 25 flash cards / chits with names of birds, animals, vegetables and fruits and hide in class. (Ensure the names are written in English and the local language). The students need to find these chits and put it in boxes named as Birds, Animals, Vegetables and Fruits respectively.

we can make them play name, place, animal & thing game. this we make them think of nouns and also categories them.
